Inbal conducts executive workshops and personal resilience workshops at our company. Her choice was natural, following an early and successful introduction to our VP of Human Resources, and has proven time and again to be the right and accurate choice.
Inbal's ability to keep a group of managers focused and interested throughout the sessions was particularly impressive. She manages to convey the content in an engaging, practical, and relevant way - one that allows for immediate application in the field.
In each session, Inbal combines practical management tools alongside theory, and makes sure to open each session with a brief summary of the previous content – which greatly helped maintain continuity and a consistent learning process. The end of the managers' workshop with a session of personal feedback is an exciting, educational and strengthening meeting between group members. The responses to the workshop are excellent and the experience is very enriching and meaningful.

Inbal delivered a management workshop to the team leaders. The workshop was very practical and connected to the issues that team leaders encounter. Despite the difficulty of delivering a workshop on Zoom, Inbal managed to keep the participants highly alert, asked the right questions and challenged them, and thus managed to engage everyone in a fruitful and educational discussion, while giving plenty of room for practicing the theory. She made sure to summarize each meeting at the end and even sent an email with the bottom line of the meeting.
The participants concluded the workshop by saying that it was very practical and relevant to their daily work and gave them many tools for immediate implementation.

For those who have come to this site, I suppose I am not saying much that Inbal's course is a "name of the house" in the industry. As soon as we decided in the organization that we wanted to provide a development program for managers, the first thing we did was contact Inbal. The demand for her is crazy, so my recommendation is that anyone interested in such a course should reserve a place as soon as possible. Of course, it was worth every shekel and the expectation of the gift, Inbal met all of our expectations and much more. The workshops are very practical and relevant to our time, combined with Inbal's professional ability to make complex content accessible, manage the group as a group and create a partnership and connection with the managers, worked wonders. We feel that Inbal is a true partner in everything related to doing and working with the managers. Thanks to her, we created a common language that accompanies us long after the workshop, the management layer became stronger and the managers left with a feeling of power and admiration. The wonderful Inbal led a management workshop for us. This was also the first time that Dorlop brought someone from outside for structured training that included several sessions and, most importantly, a commitment from the participants to come and be active and fully attentive.
Inbal was able to add value to the group from the very first meeting, whether through the practical tools she shared, the humor, the understanding of the real pains of managers in a developing high-tech organization, the listening, and the space she created for each participant. It wasn't easy to walk into a 4.5-hour session, over 6 sessions, and leave the pressures of everyday life outside the door, yet people waited for Inbal and left each meeting empowered.
It is important to note that there were a number of participants who had already been through such workshops before, but all of them stated that they had never been through something so connected to our chaotic reality. It was possible to leave the workshop and immediately apply the tools we learned.
For me, this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship and I'm already working on the next workshop.
