Inbal conducts executive workshops and personal resilience workshops at our company. Her choice was natural, following an early and successful introduction to our VP of Human Resources, and has proven time and again to be the right and accurate choice.
Inbal's ability to keep a group of managers focused and interested throughout the sessions was particularly impressive. She manages to convey the content in an engaging, practical, and relevant way - one that allows for immediate application in the field.
In each session, Inbal combines practical management tools alongside theory, and makes sure to open each session with a brief summary of the previous content – which greatly helped maintain continuity and a consistent learning process. The end of the managers' workshop with a session of personal feedback is an exciting, educational and strengthening meeting between group members. The responses to the workshop are excellent and the experience is very enriching and meaningful.

The wonderful Inbal led a management workshop for us. This was also the first time that Dorlop brought someone from outside for structured training that included several sessions and, most importantly, a commitment from the participants to come and be active and fully attentive.
Inbal was able to add value to the group from the very first meeting, whether through the practical tools she shared, the humor, the understanding of the real pains of managers in a developing high-tech organization, the listening, and the space she created for each participant. It wasn't easy to walk into a 4.5-hour session, over 6 sessions, and leave the pressures of everyday life outside the door, yet people waited for Inbal and left each meeting empowered.
It is important to note that there were a number of participants who had already been through such workshops before, but all of them stated that they had never been through something so connected to our chaotic reality. It was possible to leave the workshop and immediately apply the tools we learned.
For me, this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship and I'm already working on the next workshop.

Inbal delivered a management workshop to the team leaders. The workshop was very practical and connected to the issues that team leaders encounter. Despite the difficulty of delivering a workshop on Zoom, Inbal managed to keep the participants highly alert, asked the right questions and challenged them, and thus managed to engage everyone in a fruitful and educational discussion, while giving plenty of room for practicing the theory. She made sure to summarize each meeting at the end and even sent an email with the bottom line of the meeting.
The participants concluded the workshop by saying that it was very practical and relevant to their daily work and gave them many tools for immediate implementation.

ענבל הובילה אצלנו סדנת פיתוח מנהלים, ומהר מאוד היה ברור שבחרנו נכון. מעבר לתכנים המקצועיים ולכלים הפרקטיים, מה שהיה משמעותי במיוחד עבורנו היה החיבור של הסדנה לעולם האמיתי של המנהלים שלנו. ענבל הצליחה לקחת דילמות ואתגרים יום יומיים, לפתוח סביבם שיח אמיתי ולתת למנהלים כלים שאפשר באמת לקחת ולהשתמש בהם בעבודה. אחד הדברים שהכי שמחנו לראות לאורך הסדנה היה שנוצר בין המנהלים שיח משותף, ושהדברים שעלו במפגשים המשיכו ללוות אותם גם אחר כך בשגרה.

מבחינתי כ-HR, היה לי חשוב במיוחד שענבל לא הגיעה עם איזושהי “תבנית” קבועה של סדנת מנהלים. היא באמת השקיעה בלהכיר אותנו, להבין את המנהלים ואת האתגרים שלנו, ולדייק את התכנים תוך כדי בהתאם למה שעלה מהקבוצה. הרגשתי שיש לי פרטנרית לתהליך ושאפשר להתייעץ איתה גם מעבר למפגשים עצמם. קיבלנו פידבקים מעולים מהמנהלים, ובסוף נראה לי שזה המדד הכי טוב, הם פשוט רצו להמשיך :)
