I am Inbal Kfir Talmon, a senior organizational consultant. I am married to Arad and we have 4 children.
I hold a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) with honors in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University, complemented by advanced training in group facilitation, coaching, and other areas. This diverse educational background enables me to bring a multidimensional approach to my consulting practice.
From Rich Managerial Experience to Inspiring Leading Hightech Executives
My journey combines extensive managerial experience with strategic leadership of executives in the high-tech sector. Starting from my military service as an officer in a combat unit, I realized my calling was in developing managers. However, I chose to begin my career "in the field" as a manager myself. Over the years, I served as CPO (VP Human Resources) at leading high-tech companies, gaining practical insights into the challenges of rapid growth, operational efficiency, acquisitions, and mergers—experiences that resonate daily in the high-tech industry.
In 2009, I fulfilled a longstanding dream by establishing my own independent consulting practice. Since then, I have supported hundreds of managers and teams across numerous organizations, primarily within the fast-paced high-tech environment. My unique blend of deep practical managerial experience and broad external perspective allows me to understand complex organizational dynamics and deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
