Inbal conducts executive workshops and personal resilience workshops at our company. Her choice was natural, following an early and successful introduction to our VP of Human Resources, and has proven time and again to be the right and accurate choice.
Inbal's ability to keep a group of managers focused and interested throughout the sessions was particularly impressive. She manages to convey the content in an engaging, practical, and relevant way - one that allows for immediate application in the field.
In each session, Inbal combines practical management tools alongside theory, and makes sure to open each session with a brief summary of the previous content – which greatly helped maintain continuity and a consistent learning process. The end of the managers' workshop with a session of personal feedback is an exciting, educational and strengthening meeting between group members. Inbal delivered a management workshop to the team leaders. The workshop was very practical and connected to the issues that team leaders encounter. For several years now, I have been hearing the name Inbal Kfir Talmon in the context of executive development workshops.

Inbal has been accompanying managers at Windward since 2020. Every new manager in the organization joins the course as part of our training process for managers at the beginning of their career. Experienced managers who come to the organization from outside are invited to join, and most of them do so. In this way, a management language was created in the organization that includes common management practices and philosophy for all managers, both veterans and new ones. The Human Resources team is a significant partner in the preparations and process of the course and thus a partner in the group and personal management language of the participants.
The senior management level (some of whom took the workshop themselves several years ago) participates in the course throughout, receiving updates on the topics of the meetings and talking with the participants about their homework.
The course provides excellent tools for managers in all management topics. Inbal is practical, opens the mind to questions and thinking, and provides excellent tools for managing. Inbal gave us a management development workshop. The group was very diverse and included both development managers and managers from the operations field.
The goal was to equip managers with a toolbox that would assist them in their role as managers, to create a uniform managerial language among the participants, and of course to also create good interface work between the managers and the workshop participants.
After considering several alternatives for leading the workshop, I chose Inbal! I was very impressed by his professional level and knowledge, as well as his interpersonal skills. The choice proved to be successful in the process of building the workshop and selecting the content, the preliminary meetings, and of course, the course of the workshop itself.
Inbal led the workshop in an interesting way, kept everyone highly alert and with great grace, was flexible to our requests, and knew how to create good examples for the simulations that the participants performed. She also successfully engaged even those who were not cooperative at the beginning of the workshop.
At the end of each meeting, Inbal sent a summary to the participants and their managers so that they knew what was learned, and she always made sure to enrich the content with another interesting and relevant lecture/article/film.

At Investing.com, we conducted a comprehensive executive development process for all levels of management in the organization.
Before we set off, I thoroughly researched the possible options and met with about five different entities, and even reviewed recommendations for three of them.

Inbal led a 3-day executive development workshop in Thailand for executives from several countries who manage multicultural teams. We have a company of about 70 employees that is growing rapidly, and we recently created a new layer of managers in the company. Most of the managers came into the position without any previous experience in managing employees, so we were looking for a workshop that would give them the tools they need for the role. We received a recommendation for Inbal, she is an organizational consultant by profession, with years of experience in developing managers at all levels.
Inbal gave us a management skills development workshop of about 7 sessions (one session every two weeks). I'll start from the end - all the managers, without exception, were upset that the workshop was over, the workshop was far beyond expectations!
Throughout the sessions, Inbal was professional, patient, attentive, and engaging. She delivered the workshop in the form of a discussion between everyone, rather than a lecture. Inbal created a fruitful discussion and succeeded in her pleasant way in getting everyone to open up and share personal cases. The content Inbal delivered was very relevant, she gave managers practical tools, and most importantly, she was very dynamic during the lectures – she allowed managers to share issues and topics that were not necessarily related to her content. Inbal successfully led a management development workshop in Kiev, for 11 managers in English.
First, it is important for me to note that throughout the entire process, Inbal demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and dedication. Each executive development session was supported by theories and professional practice, and there was always room for discussion and asking questions.
Inbal is very careful to meet deadlines, always summarizing and giving a bottom line for each section, so that all the material is conveyed in a very clear and organized manner.

We recently completed a management course with Inbal, where the course was composed of managers from two companies, OPTIMOVE and WINDWARD.

We heard about Inbal from various respected sources when we began to explore how to empower the middle management that is being built and formed in a company that is in the midst of growth and organizational change. I asked Inbal to lead a management development course for team leaders at Madingo, after she had very successfully led the team development process of the development management at Madingo. About 15 managers entered the room after much persuasion, but they remained in the course religiously after understanding the significant added value that was given to them in the course: Inbal's ability to live in the range between guidance and group dynamics, without exaggerating the extremes and also guiding but also seeing the group and its needs during the process, is a rare and important ability.
