Inbal has been accompanying managers at Windward since 2020. Every new manager in the organization joins the course as part of our training process for managers at the beginning of their career. Experienced managers who come to the organization from outside are invited to join, and most of them do so. It is also important to note that collaboration with human resources is essential, and indeed working with Inbal (who has experience in human resources management) was synergistic and contributed to the success of the workshop. The responses we received were warm – both from those who experienced such a process for the first time, and from those who had already participated in similar workshops in the past. Everyone noted that the course managed to touch on exactly the right things, and that they came away with practical tools that they are already applying in practice. Inbal gave us a management development workshop. The group was very diverse and included both development managers and managers from the operations field.
The goal was to equip managers with a toolbox that would assist them in their role as managers, to create a uniform managerial language among the participants, and of course to also create good interface work between the managers and the workshop participants.
After considering several alternatives for leading the workshop, I chose Inbal! I was very impressed by his professional level and knowledge, as well as his interpersonal skills. At Investing.com, we conducted a comprehensive executive development process for all levels of management in the organization.
Before we set off, I thoroughly researched the possible options and met with about five different entities, and even reviewed recommendations for three of them.

We have a company of about 70 employees that is growing rapidly, and we recently created a new layer of managers in the company. Most of the managers came into the position without any previous experience in managing employees, so we were looking for a workshop that would give them the tools they need for the role. Inbal gave us a management skills development workshop of about 7 sessions (one session every two weeks). I'll start from the end - all the managers, without exception, were upset that the workshop was over, the workshop was far beyond expectations!
